Pricing

Free until 31 October. Here is what it costs after.

Cytross Nursing is free for everyone until 31 October 2026 — the whole bank, every Deep Review Notebook, and the adaptive exam, with no card taken and no feature held back for a paid tier. The prices that begin the following morning are on this page already, because a price you find out about later is a different product from the one you agreed to.

Founding Class of 2026

Everything, free, until 31 October 2026.

All 4,277 questions. Every Deep Review Notebook. The adaptive exam, the readiness bands, the analytics, the Library. There is no paid tier above this one to upgrade to, because there is not one yet.

No card. No trial countdown. No cap on how many people join — the date is the only limit on this, and it is a real one.

Free for everyone until 31 October 2026 — no card required. Each plan is a single term of access, not a recurring subscription: nothing renews on its own.

Prices are in US dollars. Each is a single term of access, not a recurring subscription — nothing renews on its own and nothing is charged without you returning to buy it.

All three plans are the same product. We do not gate features by price: there is nothing in the $249 plan that is missing from the $149 one, only days.

The terms these plans are sold under are in the Terms of Service.

What you get

A single list, and everyone has all of it.

Free until 31 October 2026, and included in every plan after it. There is no tier in which any of these is missing.

  1. 1

3,869 standalone questions and 68 NGN case studies, each question with a Deep Review Notebook.

Not a longer rationale — a full authored Deep Review Notebook on the concept behind the item: NCLEX pearls, patient education, the underlying pathophysiology, the red flags, and the exam bottom line.

  2. 2

The eleven Next-Gen item types we implement, inside unfolding case studies.

A client record that develops as you work it, with each item type implemented as a real interaction rather than as multiple choice wearing a costume.

  3. 3

A mock exam that runs like the real one.

One question at a time, scored on the server, no going back. It runs 85–135 questions and stops when it is 95% sure you sit above or below the passing line — the same rule the real exam is built on.

  4. 4

Readiness as a band, with how sure we are of it.

Where you sit, and how solid that reading is. The band narrows as you practise, and a band that has not moved is telling you the evidence is still thin rather than telling you nothing.

  5. 5

Every topic tracked, every miss explained.

Each domain and system with its own reading; misses sorted by the kind of mistake they were; pace shown next to accuracy, because in a raw percentage rushing and not knowing look the same.

  6. 6

    A searchable Library.

Save any Notebook to your Library, tagged with topic, domain, and system, and find it again by topic.

  7. 7

Reading that works on the phone you actually study on.

The Notebook view was rebuilt to give the text the full width of the phone, minus a small gutter, without clipping a single line.

The awkward part, in advance

What happens on 1 November 2026.

This is the part most companies leave vague, so here it is.

Nothing is charged.

We never took a card, so there is no mechanism by which you could be billed by surprise. On 1 November 2026 the paid plans open and you decide, from a position of having already used the thing.

Nothing is deleted on 1 November.

Your answer history, your readiness and clinical proficiency bands, your per-cell mastery, and every Notebook you saved to your Library are not touched by the date. The end of the free period is not a deletion event.

The prices are published in advance.

The figures on this page are the prices that begin on 1 November 2026.

Questions

Questions people are right to ask.

Why is it free? What is the catch?

The catch is the honest one: we are new and we have no track record, so we are not in a position to ask you for $149 on trust. We would rather you used the product for a term and formed your own view, and we would rather have several thousand people finding the errors in a 4,277-question bank than sell access to a bank nobody has stress-tested.

If you get to 31 October 2026 and decide the Notebooks were not worth it, that is a fair outcome and you owe us nothing.

Is there a limit on how many people can join?

No. There is no cap, no seat count, and no waiting list. The 31 October 2026 date is the only limit, and it is a real one.

You have no pass rates. Why should I trust you?

You shouldn’t, yet — not on our word. We have no pass-rate statistic, and any number we published today would be manufactured from a sample too small to mean anything. That is precisely why this page is shaped the way it is: the free term exists so that you can test the claim instead of believing it.

What we can prove today is checkable in twenty minutes inside the product — that every practice item that carries a score states the rule that scored it, that the readiness figure comes with its interval, and that there is a full Notebook behind each question. When there is outcome evidence worth citing, it will be published with its methodology attached, not as a number on a banner.

How does this compare to the question bank I already use?

Structurally, they are different tools, and the honest answer is that most students will run both. An established bank gives you volume and a long history of candidates having sat the exam behind it.

What we built is the layer underneath the question — a full Deep Review Notebook on the concept behind every item, so that a miss turns into an hour of teaching rather than a paragraph — plus measurement that reports its own uncertainty instead of a confident percentage. It is meant to be the reference you keep open beside your practice. If what you want is more items to drill, that is a different purchase and we are not the better one.

What if I sit the exam before 31 October 2026?

Then you will have used the whole product for nothing, and you owe us nothing. That is a legitimate way to use this offer and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

What about NCLEX-PN, or the states and subjects you do not cover?

The bank is RN content today, across five domains: Nursing Foundations and Leadership, Adult Health, Child Health, Maternal/Newborn, and Mental Health. There is no PN bank, and we would rather you knew that here than found it out after paying.

Founding Class of 2026

The only way to find out is to use it.

Create an account, run one adaptive batch, and read the report. It costs nothing until 31 October 2026, and we never take a card to begin.
